About the company

Menorcasa, the estate agent of Menorca, was first formed in the millennium year with the opening of two offices situated in the centre of Mahon. The idea behind the agency was to provide a fresh, open approach to the buying and selling of properties and give the personalised service that is so often overlooked throughout this process. Based on these foundations and with our dedicated staff, we have become one of Menorca's leading estate agents and property developers in just three years and are continuing to expand with the opening of our new office on the Port and the introduction of our project management service for property developers.

We have a team of eight bilingual staff who can offer expert advice on how to buy a house and all other aspects of property purchase in Menorca, including financial assessment for a mortgage. If a suitable property is found, we will guide the client through each step making the whole process as stress free as possible. Each stage is carefully monitored and the client, be they the vendor or the purchaser, regularly informed of the progress.

Upon completion of a property our service continues with the name changing of all necessary documents such as electric and water and if required, we are able to introduce clients to villa management and rental agencies who can provide information about maintenance and rental packages.
